As we approach our one year anniversary at Houndbeare Business Park we wanted to look back at what a year it’s been! We have Exonia, Posh Nosh and Huxlo as tenants and strong enquiries for the remaining business units. We have our agricultural barn behind the park with farming tenants to keep our farming heritage! What we are also proud of is our developing solar partnership with Ilos energy who have rented circa 60 acres from us to develop a 17.5MW solar farm. This is taking shape with completion in the next couple of months.

On the storage side we are nearing capacity on containers and motorhomes as well as filling up in our indoor self store. Our indoor units range from 16sqft to 200sqft and we are running a promotion where your first month is 50% off.
